Once you schedule your service, you’ll get a confirmation email/text with the date, time window, and the tech’s name.

Getting ready is simple, but it makes everything faster:

  • Clear the area around your indoor unit/thermostat (we need access).
  • Unlock gates or doors for outdoor units.
  • Put pets in a safe, quiet spot so they don’t get stressed.
  • Have any recent AC issues or concerns ready to share with your tech.
  • If it’s a financing appointment, have your ID and proof of residence handy.

Step 3: Meet Your Climacore Pro

Your licensed HVAC tech will arrive on time, in uniform, and ready to work. They’ll introduce themselves, review the job with you, and answer any questions before starting.

Step 4: Review & Wrap-Up

When the job’s done, your tech will:

  • Show you exactly what was done (with photos if helpful).
  • Walk you through how to use your new system/settings.
  • Go over any recommended maintenance or upgrades (no pressure, just info).
  • Make sure you’re 100% satisfied before leaving.
