- If it’s a financing appointment, have your ID and proof of residence handy.
Step 3: Meet Your CoolNow™ Pro
Your licensed HVAC tech will arrive on time (No waiting around all day), in uniform, and ready to work. They’ll introduce themselves, review the job with you, and answer any questions before starting.
Step 4: Review & Wrap-Up
When the job’s done, your tech will:
- Show you exactly what was done (with photos if helpful).
- Walk you through how to use your new system/settings.
- Go over any recommended maintenance or upgrades (no pressure, just info).
- Make sure you’re 100% satisfied before leaving.
