  • Cancellations: Customers may cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a partial/full refund based on the circumstances.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Emergency services, diagnostic visits, and consultation fees are non-refundable.

 

3. Product Returns and Refunds

 

  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered products, installed equipment, and special-order parts are non-returnable unless defective.
